Which email platforms do you work with?
We work with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Omnisend. If you're on a different platform, we can usually accommodate it or help you migrate. Klaviyo is our recommendation for Shopify stores due to its native integration and flow builder.
Do you write the emails or do I need to provide copy?
We handle everything: strategy, copy, design, and deployment. You review and approve before anything sends. If you have brand guidelines or a specific voice, we follow them. If not, we build one.
How do you track which revenue comes from email?
We implement server-side attribution so email revenue is tracked independently from ad platform attribution. This means you see real numbers, not inflated ones. Most agencies rely on the email platform's built-in attribution, which double-counts revenue that ads also claim.
