BlueFrogAnalytics provides:

• Automated website scanning and GTM health assessments
• Analytics implementation and remediation services
• Google Tag Manager auditing and configuration
• Ongoing monitoring and support plans
• Agency partnership and white-label services

Our free scan tool analyzes publicly accessible pages of websites you submit. Paid services are subject to individual service agreements.

3. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit domains you do not own or have authorization to scan
• Use our services for competitive intelligence gathering against other BlueFrogAnalytics customers
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our scanning algorithms
• Use automated tools to access our services beyond the provided API
• Submit malicious URLs or attempt to exploit our scanning infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute scan results without authorization
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. Scanning and Audit Terms

Free Scans: Our free scan provides a basic assessment of publicly accessible pages. Results are informational only and do not constitute professional advice.

Paid Audits: Detailed audits are governed by individual service agreements that outline scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

Authorization: By submitting a URL for scanning, you represent that you have the right to authorize the scan. Our scanners identify themselves via a standard user agent string and respect robots.txt directives.

6. Payment Terms

• Paid services are billed as described at the time of purchase
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Monitoring plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds for implementation services are handled per the individual service agreement

7. Intellectual Property

All content, scanning technology, algorithms, reports, and materials on the Site are the property of BlueFrogAnalytics and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your data: You retain ownership of all data you provide to us. We claim no ownership over your website content or analytics data.

Reports: Scan reports and audit deliverables are licensed to you for your internal use. You may share reports with your team, contractors, and agencies working on your behalf.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of scan results
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability

Scan results are based on automated analysis and should be verified by a qualified professional before acting on them. We are not responsible for decisions made based on scan results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueFrogAnalytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueFrogAnalytics from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

13. Governing Law
