What is my Lighthouse score?
Mobile and desktop Lighthouse runs: performance, Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), and the three slowest things on the page with the fix for each. It needs a real browser, so results are queued and sent to you when they finish.
Queued: needs a browser render
This one runs in a real browser (Chrome ~30 s), so it goes through a queue and the result is emailed to you. The queue is being wired up now. Leave your email and, if you like, the site to run it on.
What to do about it

Cost of one run: Chrome ~30 s. Results for the same URL are kept for a few minutes, so running twice is free and instant.
Questions
Why is this one queued?
Lighthouse renders the page in a real Chrome instance for about thirty seconds of CPU. We run those in a queue so one busy afternoon cannot take the service down, and email the result when yours finishes.
Why is my score different from PageSpeed Insights?
Lighthouse scores vary run to run by several points, and PageSpeed Insights also shows field data from real Chrome users, which lab runs cannot. Compare the Core Web Vitals, not the headline number.
Mobile or desktop, which matters?
Mobile. Google indexes and ranks the mobile version, and the throttled mobile run is where most pages fail. Fix mobile and desktop follows.
